The sacred spiraling breath cleanses and heals your energy centers, the vortexes of spiraling energy that connect you to all light and life throughout the cosmos. Along a vertical line through the center of the body, there is a column of connected vortexes or chakras, which means wheels of light. These spiraling energy centers circulate energy throughout your body and your entire field, radiating light and energy in a never-ending exchange with the cosmos. However, by simply living life, you come in contact with a variety of lower, denser, or heavier energies, including those of the core distortion. And these vortexes can become clogged and slowed, diverted from their natural spin and rhythm.
